From the beginning of this project, we knew that it was going to be a difficult kitchen to put together, but I have to say we (and Mrs T) got it spot on.
The many iterations of design ideas and island shapes led us to this final masterpiece, along with the last minute hiccup that led to the range oven being fitted on the angle side of the island – it does fit and work beautifully within its space and the downdraft extractor hood adds the extra touch of class.
We used handle-less gloss cream doors to give the subtle modern look without losing the traditional charm of the barn itself. All of the end panels and surround pieces were made oversize so that we could fit then into the recesses of the barn walls and cover any unsightly gaps.
Black granite (soft sparkle effect) worktops added a beautiful natural finish to the complete kitchen.
“..Tony and I are delighted with the way that the kitchen has turned out and it adds to the beauty of our Barn conversion. It couldn’t have been anything else really as it is the main feature when you enter the room. Mike and his team were a delight to work with and his professional approach to the project was totally refreshing….”
